When most people think of Assateague Island, they probably think
of wild horses (which I did manage to see, but I’m saving them for a separate
blog post). The next thing is probably the beach.
While most of the beach requires an Over Sand Vehicle, there
are two areas that everybody can access. I’ve never been here in the summer,
but I’d like to think that this would be a good place to go if you want space
to spread out on the beach.
It’s certainly a romantic place for couples!
